Due to the sale nature and custom printing on demand of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, under correct circumstances, we will accept returns for a store credit. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange/return for credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If items are returned or lost due to the customer providing an incorrect or invalid shipping address, no refunds or replacements will be given. This is because many of the items were custom produced and to remake or reship those items would cause the company to lose money on replacing them. This would be a customer error and therefore, no replacement/reship will be available. So be sure to double check and verify that any shipping address you provide is an accurate one.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. We DO NOT do refunds, but in lieu of refunds, we issue store credits only.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 3 days.
You will be notified by email of your processed credit. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your credit yet, please contact us at [email protected] .
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
