Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Some items are manufactured on demand therefore processing time could range from 4 to 7 days depending on the complexity of the product.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, high demand for an item, or dependency of the source warehouse location, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates worldwide are provided in the price of the retail item; therefore free worldwide shipping is standard. Please note however, that shipping costs will be charged to PROMO items on a per item basis. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. We do make every effort to make the total processing/shipping time as short as possible. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Our preferred carrier is USPS utilizing ePacket which will include a tracking number(s). Items within a single order may be shipped separately depending on where they are sourced and the warehouse(s) utilized.
Damages
DonaldTrumpStoreUSA.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
